Our charity is run entirely by unpaid volunteers and the memory sticks are delivered and returned by the Royal Mail free of charge. Nevertheless the service does have quite high running costs: rent and service charges for our recording studio; purchase and maintenance of studio equipment; replacement of old memory sticks and postal wallets; and some small administrative costs. We receive no guaranteed financial support and rely on donations to maintain the service.
